Between Then & Now

Between Then and Now explores the places we carry within us as we move forward, navigating the tension between past and present. Memory becomes a home tethered to moments and places left behind, shaping identity through the act of leaving and arriving.

Rooted in my family’s journey, particularly the lives of the women who shaped me, this work reflects on belonging, strength, and transformation. Through photography, I seek to preserve not just their stories but also the emotions and atmospheres that defined them. Light and shadow capture the space between presence and absence, inviting viewers into quiet moments of transition where memory lingers.

This deeply personal yet universal narrative speaks to the search for identity—the invisible threads of connection and the traces left by the people and places that shape us.
